What We Do

At Daksha Foundation, we believe in fostering emotional independence and self-care. Our programs are designed to guide women in untangling the complexities of emotional trauma, so they can prioritize themselves and take meaningful steps toward healing.
- Emotional Counseling: One-on-one and group therapy sessions to help women process their feelings, recognize patterns, and rebuild their sense of self-worth.
- Self-Care Workshops: Programs that teach mindfulness, stress management, and other techniques to help women nurture themselves emotionally and physically.

- Safe Housing: Temporary, confidential accommodations for those who need space to focus on their healing journey.
